CALGARY, Alberta, Dec. 13, 2024 – Global Uranium Corp. (CSE: GURN | OTCQB: GURFF | FRA: Q3J) has announced the hiring of RedChip Companies Inc. to carry out marketing services for a period of 14 days starting December 17, 2024.

RedChip is set to launch a national campaign through CNBC by producing a 30-second television advertisement. This ad will air 40 times on CNBC National TV over the two-week span, aiming to increase visibility and interest in Global Uranium Corp.

The company has agreed to pay a one-time fee of USD $45,000 (plus GST) to RedChip for these marketing services. Importantly, no securities will be issued to RedChip as part of this agreement, and RedChip does not currently hold any securities of Global Uranium Corp.
