As U.S. stock futures indicate a slight uptick this Wednesday morning, several companies are expected to capture investor interest today.

  • Analysts predict Macy’s, Inc. (NYSE:M) will announce a quarterly loss of 1 cent per share, with projected revenues of $4.72 billion. This report is expected before the market opens. Following this news, shares of Macy’s dipped by 0.1% to $16.71 in after-hours trading.
  • Stitch Fix, Inc. (NASDAQ:SFIX) released its first-quarter earnings and sales results on Tuesday, beating expectations. As a result, Stitch Fix’s stock surged by 21.7% to $5.60 in after-hours trading.
  • Meanwhile, Adobe Inc. (NASDAQ:ADBE) is anticipated to report quarterly earnings of $4.66 per share, supported by revenues of $5.54 billion. The results are set to be disclosed after market hours. In after-hours trading, Adobe’s shares increased by 0.2% to $547.98.

  • Dave & Buster’s Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ:PLAY) faced a disappointing third-quarter earnings report, showing lower-than-expected EPS and sales figures. Additionally, CEO Chris Morris resigned to pursue other opportunities. The board has engaged a global executive search firm to find a new permanent CEO. Consequently, shares of Dave & Buster's fell by 11.2% to $32.67 in after-hours trading.
  • Finally, Nordson Corporation (NASDAQ:NDSN) is set to report quarterly earnings of $2.59 per share with an expected revenue of $736.35 million after the market closes. On Tuesday, Nordson’s shares dropped by 1% to end the day at $252.87.
